Starcraft 2 Strategy so much has changed.

So much has changed. 5-6 Racks reapers vs Zerg and some quick terran expansion strategies. amazing.

Reapers no longer the early game force anymore. But is viable in later game, but only in larger numbers as the game progresses. As well as quick vikings to counter early airdrops....argh. so much to absorb.

Multiplayer on sc2 makes me worse in 1v1?

After 1 week in reservists, I feel like my whole starcraft 2 games has gone to hell. At first i thought i was tired, then i thought it was because i played more multiplayers. Then i realised I was just bad. After not touching 1v1 for so very long.

Hope to get my micro and sense back soon.

The best does not always win

No-one always wins.

In ecclesiastes 9:11 he says "I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn't always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn't always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don't always lead successful lives. It is all decided by CHANCE (opportunity), by being in the right place at the right time.

O man looking for talent, maybe you felt that you are the best, the fastest, the strongest and the wisest, and you should always win, and this battle for this man to be loyal, willing and available is yours to win. But you missed your chance, you were at the wrong place at the wrong time, doing the wrong thing. Strongest, wisest, fastest does not matter anymore when one is in the wrong place at the wrong time.

A wise man said "Be in your place and in your grace", so true! That is knowing the CHANCE and the opportunity that has been given. Fastest, strongest, wisest is not important anymore, because you are now grabbing that CHANCE, by being in your place and in your grace, being at the right place and at the right time.

Again the best does not always win but being at the right place and at the right time makes all the difference.

Now I know how Apostle Paul feels

Apostle Paul loved all the churches he planted. He was a father, had a genuine love for them. In the course of his life, it seemed, he had little opportunity to be with those precious ones. Oh! How he longed to be with them, to nurture them to talk to them, to be refreshed by them, encouraged by their love for all the saints and their growing faith.

But the giant of a man, still could be imprisoned, in shipwrecks, in beatings, and many dangerous situations which he said made a man give up hope and could only commit his life to God. And in one of these imprisonments, he was in a man-made cell, concerned and desirous to know how they have progressed. This man should be more concerned for his own situation perhaps. But all he could do, was write letters, pray and think about them!

Old friend whose family name sounds like the sound of a river, pray tell me, how could he have made contact?

Starcraft 2 : 3v3 and 4v4 Structure placement wisdom

In 3v3 and 4v4 I thought building structures at the choke was a good idea. I soon realized I was wrong. If they rush, they rush on one player. That puny choke is never going to hold. So the better idea imo, is to build the structures AROUND the harvesters, making it hard for them to kill the mineral line. And giving more time to your allies to send help, and myself time to make units.

All the while protecting my squishy harvesters......for a few more seconds anyways.

Defense vs Reapers

Best Defense is still to position your own reapers around your minerals. Hide them somewhere behind some building or other.

Yes I am terran.

Starcraft 2 Zerg v Protoss on Steppes of War

Ok, I played ZvP AI v. hard on Steppes of War. Short rush distance. Protoss always wins.

BUT

on a bigger map. When I had time to pump out the mutalisks. It was much better. Even then the window to do so is so small. Without following strictly to the build order. A loss is almost guranteed. >.>; zerg feels so much harder than before. T.T

What do you trust in?

What do good people trust in? They trust in righteouness, wisdom, discernment and humility for example. Just because a person appealing to their better natures by saying "trust my heart" does not mean I have to! But demonstrate wisdom and truthfulness and there will be trust. Even God demonstrates His faithfulness by the works of His hands, so why demand and expect such trust when faithfulness is not demonstrated?

Eunuch's for the sake of God

Nothing is happening, everything really sucks because for heaven's sake you decided to stay faithful to His ways and His truth. Power is on the side of the oppressor, and the way that men chose to walk in is called Retarded, wickedness and Stupid. The flesh naturally does not understand the spirit and the humble are generally closer to the spirit. And as a result the humble and the spiritual are going *groan*. We are going to be like eunuch's for the sake of what is right. hur hur.

Don't Really Believe

Don't really believe God would actually restore the time lost over someone else's stupidity. Its like a stupid king ruining the whole kingdom. How could He restore the time and fortune that was lost? He he ever done anything like that? No matter how faithful the faithful were, whats lost is lost. :3
