A bunch of people who need alot of help somehow became a regulatory body. They decide who was in and who was out. If you helped me according to my regulations, apparently you are in. If not you are not in.
Seriously who cares about them. They don't have the power to advance themselves further and is hoping for outside help to somehow initiate them. If they were not too numerous to be ignored, I would have ignored them. Like an army of fleas they infest my hair.
